The e-prescription and the medication app
With these digital aids, you can get the medication you need from us even faster.
How the e-prescription works
The e-prescription has been available since 2023 and makes it easier for you to redeem your medication via your electronic health card. The process is very simple:
- Your doctor will prescribe an e-prescription for you and store it securely on your health card.
- We read your health card and process the submission paperlessly.
- We digitally retrieve all open e-prescriptions for you and hand over your medication.
Prescribe medication with the "Your pharmacy" app
With the app from our partner IhreApotheke.de, you can upload prescriptions and order medicines and over-the-counter products from us.
There are several options available in the app for redeeming your prescription:
- Scan your health card
- Scan the QR code on the prescription or product
- Photographing the recipe
When we receive your order, we will let you know as soon as possible when the medication is ready for collection. Or, after consulting us, you can have your products delivered directly to your home by our pharmacy’s own courier service.
